These terms govern your use of the EZ Gift website and the purchase of our products. Please read them carefully.
Acceptance of terms
By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or place an order. We may update these terms from time to time, and continued use of the site means you accept the current version.
Products & pricing
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD). We work to keep product descriptions, images, and prices accurate, but errors may occur, and prices and availability are subject to change without notice. If a pricing error affects an order you placed, we will contact you before charging or shipping.
Orders & payment
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline. Payment is processed securely through Stripe at checkout. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — including for suspected fraud, inaccuracies, or product unavailability — and to limit quantities.
Personalization content
You are responsible for the content you provide for personalization, including your card message. By submitting it, you confirm you have the right to use that content and that it is not unlawful, infringing, or offensive. We reserve the right to decline or edit any personalization that we reasonably consider abusive, hateful, obscene, or otherwise inappropriate, and to cancel and refund such an order.
Delivery
We ship free within the United States and deliver on the date you select, subject to a minimum lead time and our delivery schedule as described in our Shipping & Delivery policy. You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.
Cancellations & refunds
Because our gifts are personalized and hand-packed to order, orders cannot be changed or cancelled once hand-packing has begun. If your gift arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will provide a replacement or refund. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Intellectual property
All content on this site — including our name, logo, designs, text, graphics, and the 3D gift builder — is owned by EZ Gift or its licensors and is protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it without our prior written permission.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, EZ Gift is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our products. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which EZ Gift operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located there.
